Personal Information...
Trish and Buddy - married May 29, 1999 - We share our life and love of selling real estate.
Trish - originally from Dallas, Texas and has one daughter, Juli Ann Ochs and two grandchildren, Grace, 6 years old, and Hunter 2 years old. They live in Victor, Iowa. Trish comes from a large family of six children and was raised in a military family. Trish made many moves growing up in an Air Force family. She has lived in Northern Virginia since 1988.
Buddy - originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Buddy has two children, Jackie Murray and Jason Arnold and one grandson, Jordan 8 years old. They live in Florida and Reston, Virginia. Buddy made 16 moves in his military career, and knows what moving is all about! Living a total of 16 years in Northern Virginia in Lake Ridge, Falls Church, Reston, Arlington and Alexandria has given him extensive knowledge of the entire area.

These programs include a customized real estate software and the Multiple Listing System through the Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, Inc. (MRIS) which allows us full access to the entire Northern Virginia data base of homes available. This access also includes access to the local Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, Prince William & Loudon County Tax Records to help identify local renters in your area who may want to buy your home. It also gives you the tax record information necessary for you to make a fully informed decision on any home you may purchase.
